How can I check the status of my order?

Order Status Description
Payment Received - Awaiting Shipment Your order has been successfully placed. It generally takes 2-3 business days for an order to be processed and another 2-4 business days for an item to be produced and shipped.
Pre-Order Payment Received One or more of the items in your order is on pre-order. When this item becomes available we will ship it. See the product page for more details on the expected ship date.

If your pre-order is shipping with an item that is already in stock, your order will ship once the pre-order is available. We do not ship partial orders.
Payment Received - Delivered Digitally Your order has been successfully placed and delivered digitally.
Manual Review Is Needed Your order is under review and may take longer to ship. If any additional information is needed, we will reach out to you
Shipped Your order has shipped. You can track your order by clicking on the “Track my shipment” link in your Order Update email.
