I was charged twice

When you initially place your order, we authorize your credit/debit card for the total amount.
 
When we ship your order, we capture that total amount.
 
The authorization and the capture can often appear as two separate line items on your statement. Often the authorization remains in the "pending" transactions for several days before disappearing.
 
If you notice a second charge that is still pending, it will disappear and stop affecting your balance.
