Order Status

To view your order status you can click on the link for your e-receipt provided in your email confirmation. You can also contact us directly at http://help.merchdirect.com/customer/portal/emails/new to inquire about your order status.

Order statuses are explained below:
  • Pre-Order: One or more of the items on your order is on pre-order. We do not ship partial orders so the entire order will ship out once the pre-order item becomes available.
  • Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled by request or has been flagged as fraudulent.
  • Awaiting Shipment: Your order has been successfully placed with us. It generally takes 2-3 business days for an order to be processed and another 2-4 business days for an item to be produced and shipped.
  • Shipped: Your order has shipped! You can refer to your shipment notification email for the USPS tracking number/customs ID number provided there. Please keep in mind that USPS tracking numbers can take up to 24hrs to register in the USPS.com system.
