International orders

We accept orders from most countries. If your country is not an option while checking out, please email us directly.

We've recently switched over our international shipping carrier. If your order was sent out via PostClubUSA and you have a question about your shipment, please contact us directly at help@merchdirect.com.

Our new international shipping provider is the United States Postal Service. With the USPS, there are multiple options on how you can have your package sent. The following are the options we have available for international shipping:
1. Priority Mail Express International – Delivery in 3-5 business days for many major markets. Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination.
2. Priority Mail International - Delivery in 6-10 business days for many major markets. Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination.
3. First-Class Package International - Delivery time varies by destination but most packages are fully trackable to their final destination. It can often take up to 5 weeks for international orders to arrive via this method.

 

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed. *We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. 
 

You will receive an email notification with the tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International orders can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. We are not responsible for any applicable customs charges or import duties.

 

 If you haven’t received your order within four weeks, please contact customer support.

 *Assuming that all products in your order are immediately available.
